What documents are available in the Download Center?

The Download Center includes product datasheets, installation and operation manuals, CE and UL certification documents, BMS firmware packages and EMS platform user guides. All documents are organized by product series and can be filtered by document type.

Submit the pre-sales inquiry form with your project type, application scenario and estimated capacity. Our engineering team reviews your requirements and responds within 2 business days with system sizing, product selection and a preliminary proposal.

CESC battery systems carry a standard warranty of up to 10 years from commissioning (varies by series and contract). Capacity is guaranteed above the specified threshold (typically 80%) during the warranty period. Coverage includes manufacturing defects, component failures under normal use and firmware-related faults. Refer to your purchase contract for series-specific terms.

Open After-sales Support and complete the service request form with your product series, serial number, issue type and a description. You’ll receive an initial diagnosis within 24 hours, followed by remote troubleshooting, a firmware update, parts replacement or on-site service as needed.

We provide a 24-hour response guarantee. Around 70% of issues are resolved remotely via our EMS platform; on-site service is dispatched through our certified service partner network where required.
